Reviews & our review policy

Solar panel reviews from UK homeowners

We publish customer reviews only once they are matched to a completed installation arranged through this site. We are a new service, so we have no verified reviews to show yet — and we would rather show you nothing than invent them.

No ratings until they are earned

You will not find a star score, a review count or a Trustpilot badge on this page until real customers have given us one. Under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 it is unlawful to publish fake or incentivised reviews, and we take that seriously.

Had solar installed through us? We would genuinely like to hear how it went, good or bad.

No published reviews yet

As installations completed through this site are confirmed, verified reviews will appear here in full — including the critical ones. Installers will get a right of reply, but no right of veto, and no ability to pay for a better score.

Panel specifications, not popularity scores

Until we hold enough verified owner feedback to publish satisfaction scores, we compare modules on published manufacturer specifications only.

Our review policy

Verified against a real job

A review is only published once it is matched to an installation arranged through this site and confirmed by both the customer and the installer.

Nothing bought, nothing buried

We do not pay for reviews, incentivise them, or accept payment to raise a score, edit wording or remove criticism. Negative reviews are published alongside positive ones.

Right of reply, not right of veto

Installers get 14 days to post a public response. Disputed factual claims are investigated, and we say so on the review rather than deleting it.
